Add Printer: main office room 243
The current printer in the main office is a Dell Color Smart Printer S5840cdn. Download the drivers. Choose the desired driver file — this example shows the postscipt drivers. Unzip and run the file to create a folder of driver files. Make note of the location of the folder.
Go to "control panel" → "devices and printers" and select "add printer". Or add printer from "settings" → "printers and scanners".

Have Disk
Browse to the driver folder noted earlier
Continue with defaults and name the printer as desired
